1UP Mushroomburger (yes, 1UP as in Super Mario!)

I have a confession: I REALLY LOVE MUSHROOMBURGERS.

I love them more than I love tofu bugers (and I have an awesome original recipe that I should post sometime, the thing is I never write the damn thing down).

Mushroomburger (TM) especially. Any excursion to Tagaytay absolutely requires me to pick something up from Mushroomburger. When someone in our household has business (or pleasure) in Tagaytay, they are under strict instructions to bring me something home from Mushroomburger, regardless of how soggy it may be by the time I receive the actual burger/mushroom pancit/what have you.

My sister doesn't get why I just don't hie myself over to the Mushroomburger in QC (where, exactly, in QC anyways?) but seriously, folks, it's just not the same.

Anyways, enough of my ode to Mushroomburger (TM) Tagaytay.

THIS particular mushroomburger is just so gosh-darned cute, I NEED AN EXCUSE TO MAKE AND SERVE IT! Come on, friends, let's have a Nintendo party or something. Then feast on these delicious burgers OMNOMNOMNOM.

If the green puts you off, I'm sure red food colouring will work just fine. So instead of extra life, you'll get bigger instead ;)

Anybody with a grill and a Wii up for this? I'll do the cooking!
